Hopefully this web-site will give you some insight into the pitfalls of our legal system when you are
faced with unscrupulous business people with lots of money who team up with a large law firm that has
no compunctions about lying in court and perhaps gaining favor from judges, some corrupt and others
misinformed, through less than legal means.
Our system is indeed broken and there are not many of us who want to invest the time and money to try
to fix it... I will do what I can in this small area and hope others have the courage to do the same
wherever they might be... maybe together we will bring some semblance of oversight back to our
society.
With no legal right to do so, Frank van Stipdonk (largest shareholder in the Dutch "Interfood" group)
and Armstrong Teasdale (large law-firm in Saint Louis MO) set out in May '06 to destroy Interfood, Inc. in
MO, to get as much confidential business information as possible, and to try to duplicate the business
through a new company they would set up for that purpose.
The scheme involved sending "Adrian" to our offices as a commercial-spy from their office in Australia;
indemnifying him for signing a "confidentiality-agreement" with us although he had no intention of
living up to it; convincing less-than-honest suppliers to breach contracts with us; convincing banks to
freeze accounts and bounce checks; and much, much more... disgusting people actually.
In a deposition of Edna Robinson, former Interfood, Inc. Accounting Manager, ordered by Armstrong
Teasdale in 2009, we discovered that Armstrong Teasdale had been meeting with Edna since at least
2007 and that Edna had taken company documents and kept them secret from us. In spite of Armstrong
Teasdale's attempts over a two year period at corrupting or confusing Edna's memory/testimony, they
could not get Edna to corroborate their made up stories.
The hilarious part of all this, if there is one, is that Frank and Armstrong Teasdale are so corrupt that they
can't conceive of others being honest; so they keep looking for something incriminating and can't find
it. This drives them nuts.
The Franklin County Case No. 07AB-CC00086 is now in The Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District as ED94427
